SMS Alert Terms & Conditions

1. The program
Lapua Rimfire Ammo Finder sends automated text messages notifying you when Lapua and SK rimfire match ammunition matching your saved alerts comes back in stock at a tracked US retailer.
2. Consent
By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box in your dashboard, you agree to receive automated text messages from us at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You must be the account holder or authorized user of the number provided.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies with restock activity and your alert filters. Expect up to approximately 10 messages per month. Each alert is rate-limited to at most one message per hour.
4. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile service plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Help and opt-out
Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. After you reply STOP you will receive one confirmation message and no further alerts. You can also turn off SMS alerts or remove your number from your dashboard at any time.
6. Subscription and billing
SMS alerts require a paid subscription of $2.00 USD per month, billed automatically through our payment processor until cancelled. Cancel anytime from the billing portal in your dashboard; access continues through the end of the paid period. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Accuracy of stock data
Prices and availability are collected from public retailer listings and may change without notice. We do not sell ammunition and cannot guarantee that an item is still available when you receive an alert. Always confirm on the retailer's site.
8. Privacy
Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
