Information we collect
We collect the email address you use to create an account, the mobile phone number you voluntarily provide for SMS alerts, your alert preferences (product line, retailer, maximum price per round), and subscription/billing status returned by our payment processor. We do not collect or store full card numbers.
How we use your information
Your phone number is used for one purpose only: sending you the in-stock and restock text alerts you asked for. Your email is used for account access and service notices. Alert preferences determine which listings trigger a message.
SMS and mobile data
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as our SMS delivery provider and payment processor, is permitted solely to deliver the service. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can remove your phone number or delete your alerts at any time from your dashboard, and you can request full account deletion by contacting us.
Security
Account data is stored in an access-controlled database with row-level security so each user can only read and write their own records.
