Help & setup
Everything you need to get restock alerts working — from creating your account to getting notified the moment ammo is back in stock.
Getting set up
1. Create your account
Head to the sign-in page and create an account with email, Google, or Apple. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial — you won't be charged until it ends.
2. Create an alert
From your dashboard, add an alert and pick what to watch: a product line (like Lapua Center-X or RWS Rifle Match S), a specific retailer, and an optional maximum unit price. You can create as many alerts as you like and pause or delete them anytime.
3. Turn on notifications
Alerts show up in the app automatically. To get them when the site is closed, install AMMOSMS on your phone's home screen and allow notifications — the install guide walks you through it on iPhone and Android. On a computer, the Chrome extension pops up alerts in your browser.
4. Email alerts (optional)
Each alert has an "Email me too" switch, on by default. When a restock fires you'll get the in-app notification and an email at the same time. Turn the switch off on any alert to stop its emails.
Features
Live stock search
The home page searches every tracked retailer's current listings. Filter by product line, search by name, or show only in-stock items. Stock is refreshed automatically every 10 minutes.
Tracked retailers
We track dozens of retailers and add more over time. See the full list on the retailers page — and if your favorite shop is missing, suggest it there and we'll take a look.
Chrome extension
The AMMOSMS Restock Alerts extension brings notifications to your desktop browser, even when the site isn't open. Download it from the install guide, then connect it to your account from your dashboard.
Subscription & billing
Alerts cost $3/month after a 7-day free trial. Manage everything from your profile page: see your trial end date and countdown, update your card, download invoices, or cancel. Canceling keeps your access until the end of the paid period.
